They checked it on the spot. They found out that the power supply was bad. It took them 30 minutes. Then my computer was running great. Highly recommended.

They are technically competent but they are understaffed and overwhelmed. They overpromised - stating our computer would be ready on a certain day. We came hours after the promised time and it still was not ready. We ended up waiting…
