Cafe Louisa - (334) 264-4241

Cafe Louisa is such a special, small-town bakery and deli. They serve specialty coffees and teas, pastries, cookies, sandwiches and soups, and even gelato! It's a great place to get some fresh baked bread, grab a coffee with some friends, or get a nice lunch. The interior is really cozy. You can either lounge on a very large couch, which could fit probably seven people, or have a personal conversation with someone at a bistro table. The walls are even decorated with local artwork for sale. The food is quite tasty and fresh, but the price is not as desirable, as it's a little higher than average. But the Manhattan nook type setting is worth the cost.

I love the location. The hummus is fantastic. Great for lunch with friends. It is reasonable for lunch and quick. I have only gotten the hummus, but my friends have tried other things and loved it.

I've only had desserts at Cafe Louisa (I love Tomatino's too much), but they are all wonderful. Everything from gelato to brownies to cookies - it is all great!
